It’s hard to conceive of everything Job lost. This week, John Driver dives into what it means to be friends with God on our worst days… and especially when God could do something to stop our suffering. God never told Job why, and he rarely tells us either. However, Job did experience the difficult, yet refining and life-changing truth that suffering doesn’t cancel our friendship with God, mainly because God goes through suffering with us.
